Welcome to SARTHI PAY. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, APIs, and partner workspace portals.
By registering on our platform, you agree to provide accurate registration details (strictly restricted to Retailers and Distributors roles). You are solely responsible for maintaining the password safety of your login session.
We provide programmatic and dashboard interfaces to apply for NSDL instant PAN, UTI manual PAN, bank account activations, GST setup, and MSME/Udyam certificates. You agree not to misuse our APIs or launch automated script requests that trigger resource exhaustions on our servers.
Your main wallet will be debited for charges associated with each service application request. If an API call fails or a manual document review is rejected, the debited amount will be refunded directly into your wallet balance.
We reserve the right, under our Master DRM Licensing systems, to block, suspend, or restrict domain licenses and user accounts that violate our security guidelines or engage in fraudulent customer activities.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts for the resolution of any disputes.
